We managed the digital production and organization of an annual webinar series, structured into weekly modules, creating a high-caliber virtual classroom. Designed both for newcomers to the field and experienced professionals seeking specialized updates, the program brought together the world’s leading experts in Waste Management. Taking place several months prior to our flagship in-person symposia, the Academy served as a scientific incubator, equipping attendees with the insights and tools needed to submit research papers, posters, and projects for our conferences.
Each 2.5-hour webinar was designed to go beyond traditional lectures and foster maximum engagement: we incorporated dedicated Q&A sessions and open discussions, enabling participants to interact directly with the speakers.
