What data we collect and why

Navigation Data

The systems operating this website automatically log certain information whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols: IP address, browser type and operating system, date and time of request, pages visited, and server response code.

We use this data solely to ensure the website functions correctly, keep it secure, and identify any anomalies or unauthorized access attempts. We do not use it to identify visitors or create profiles.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining website security and proper technical operation (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
• Retention period: server logs are automatically overwritten in a rotation system that keeps the latest fourteen versions, corresponding on average to about one month of traffic. Exceptions apply if logs must be retained longer to establish responsibility in the case of cybercrimes against the website.

Data submitted via the contact form

If you complete the form on the contact page, you provide us with your first name, last name, phone number, email address, subject, and message text. Please do not include special categories of data (such as health-related information) unless strictly necessary for your request.

• Purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if a business relationship ensues, to handle subsequent steps.
• Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). We do not request your consent because the processing is necessary to fulfill the request you submitted.
• Retention period: 24 months from the last contact, after which messages are deleted. If a contractual relationship arises from the request, retention periods established by tax and civil law will apply.
• Failure to provide data: we will be unable to respond to your inquiry. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a reply.
